For over 26 years, Odell Dickerson Jr. has served from the second chair alongside Bishop Walter S. Thomas, Sr. and Dr. Walter S. Thomas, Jr. at New Psalmist Baptist Church, leading vision, culture, operations, finance, investment management, capital campaigns, and major organizational initiatives.
