The Bio
For over 26 years, Odell Dickerson Jr. has had the privilege of serving from the second chair alongside Bishop Walter S. Thomas, Sr. and Dr. Walter S. Thomas, Jr. at New Psalmist Baptist Church, helping lead vision, culture, operations, finance, investment management, capital campaigns, and major organizational initiatives.
Why 1@2 Exists
He built it because for most of those years, he didn't have this. He had a phone, two or three people he trusted, and a lot of nights figuring it out alone. It worked. It cost more than it needed to.
